SciVision Medical is a long-standing and growing med-tech supplier of cutting edge international brands in the dental industry. We are looking to recruit talented sales specialists to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work at the intersection of sales and education as well as find new paths to take your career. You will be working alongside a team of passionate colleagues focused in their individual roles. As you become the brand specialist based in either Cape Town or Gauteng, you will get to travel around the country for a few days at a time when necessary to fulfill one-on-one meetings with clients or representing at exhibition or training courses in the dental / medical industry.

In a fast-paced industry, in order to meet our clients face to face, our hours are not always 8 to 5, and the role can keep developing as you grow. Whilst we think the opportunities are really exciting, we understand this role is not for everyone. With hundreds of applicants, it will also be competitive.

Key Responsibilities

• The wide range of products demand precision and attention to detail.
• Be able to confidently communicate product information and benefits. Most sales happen through demo’s, requiring confidence, feeling comfortable, fit and healthy - living the brand that represents health, wellbeing and longevity for your clients at a highly professional level.
• Nurture and convert leads to sales to strategically grow market share - we have a strong referral system and you will seldom need to cold call!
• Foster and maintain strong and enduring client relationships with professionals we walk a long path with.
• Develop and manage a new client relationship pipeline.
• Maintain a network of professional contacts in order to discover new opportunities.

About You:

• You are an energetic, high EQ professional who is proactive, outgoing and results-focused.
• You thrive in a relationship based sales environment with experience in sales, or able to demonstrate skills that will be useful in sales.
• You are a follow-up machine using our CRM and digital platforms with ease.
• You have effective planning and organisation skills.
• You work autonomously managing your own time and customers to meet sales targets.
• You have a full driver’s license and live in Johannesburg or Pretoria.

Nice to Have's:

• Dental background such as a Dentist, Hygienist, Therapist or Dental Assistant, or Optometry could be helpful in understanding the product or industry and clientele, but not necessary as we will provide training.

MARKETING & SALES ASSOCIATE

SciVision Medical SA is seeking a computer-savvy, well-organised, creative and hospitable individual who will support the work of the marketing manager through various communication platforms and activities. The marketing team are responsible for the company brand, values and commitments to its clients to be understood and upheld at all times through corporate guidelines and consistency by all departments. The marketing and sales associate is required to assist in creating marketing material for products, promotions and events, and communicate these through online, digital and print media in a collaborative environment. Furthermore, tracking sales and event bookings, planning trade shows, hosting events, updating website and other platforms, maintaining databases, promotional materials and merchandise is required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Creative Design Software Programs
• Competent at learning and mastering a CRM system (Hubspot)
• Good and accurate written communication
• Excellent organisational skills are required due to fast pace and demanding environment
• Professional and polite demeanour, good command of the English language and communication skills; Detail-oriented
• Forward thinker: Recognise opportunities available to add value to the work / workflow / company goals; Up to date with marketing trends
• Valid Driver’s License
