What is Waterlase?

The Waterlase being an all-tissue laser, is able to remove tooth enamel decay (the hardest substance in the body), ‘cut’ bone and gum tissue very precisely while leaving surrounding areas unaffected with far less chance of hairline cracks that drills tend to cause. This conserves more of the precious tooth structure you were born with, helping you to maintain your natural teeth longer. The Waterlase also disinfects the surface. And with less need for the traditional drill, heat, vibration and pressure, the primary causes of pain are avoided. Therefore, many dental procedures can be performed virtually pain-free with the Waterlase.
